For aircon companies in Singapore
The call you didn't answer went to the next company on Google.
GP Automations picks up every call and every WhatsApp message for your aircon business — nights, weekends, and while you're up a ladder. It quotes your prices, books the slot, and sends you the job.
Live demo
Don't take our word for it. Talk to it.
This is May, the receptionist for ABC Cooling — a made-up aircon company we built for demos. Her price list is on the right. Ask her anything a customer would ask, then check she got it right.
Call ABC Cooling
Runs in your browser — no phone call, no number to dial. Your browser will ask for the microphone.
What May has been given
A price list and two open slots. Nothing else. Check her against it.

Prices exclude 9% GST. Troubleshooting is waived if the repair goes ahead. On your account, these are your numbers and your slots.
Both tabs run the same agent — one price list, one set of rules. On a real account it answers your phone line and your WhatsApp the same way.
What we found
We messaged 28 aircon companies in Singapore, as a customer.
The same enquiry each time — a real service request with a real address. We never confirmed a booking. We just waited to see who came back, and how fast.
One company's chatbot collected everything — the fault, the number of units, the brand, the address. It said someone would follow up shortly. Nobody ever did.
That is a customer with cash in hand, lost after the hard part was already done.
How it fits your business
You keep your number. You keep your customers.
Calls still ring you first
We set up conditional forwarding on the line you already advertise. The phone rings at your end as it always has. Only when nobody picks up — or outside your hours — does it roll over to May. It's a night shift, not a replacement.
She learns your price list
Your services, your rates, your slots, your rules on urgent jobs and surcharges. General service, chemical wash, overhaul, gas top-up — whatever you actually sell, at whatever you actually charge. English, Singlish and Mandarin.
The job lands in your WhatsApp
The moment she books someone you get the fault, the unit count, the brand, the address and the slot. No dashboard, no app to learn. If she can't answer something she takes the details and tells the customer you'll call back.
What you get
Everything the setup covers.
- Your own agent, built from your price list — not a template with your name on it
- Voice line and WhatsApp, both answered by the same agent
- Call forwarding configured for your telco, with instructions for your handset
- Price and slot changes whenever your business changes them
- A 30-day pilot: if it isn't booking you jobs, you stop
Straight answers
The questions every owner asks.
Will my customers know it's a bot?
If they ask, she says yes — plainly, without getting strange about it. Most never ask. What they notice is that somebody picked up at 9pm on a Sunday and gave them a price.
What happens when she can't answer something?
She stops guessing, takes the customer's details and the question, and tells them you'll call back. That message hits your WhatsApp straight away. A captured question beats a dropped call.
Do I have to change my phone number?
Not for calls — forwarding sits on top of the number you already advertise. WhatsApp is the one thing to think about: a number can only run in one WhatsApp mode at a time, so we either use a dedicated number for the bot or move your main one deliberately. We go through it on the call.
Can it handle Singlish?
Yes, and Mandarin. It follows whichever the customer uses instead of forcing them into textbook English.
How long until it's live?
Three to seven days, depending on your booking system — most of that is wiring the agent into how you already take and schedule jobs. Collecting your prices, your hours and your rules is what the fifteen-minute call is for.

I studied at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and have been building software here since. Before this I built and still run idphotoby.ai — a tool that turns a phone snapshot into a compliant ID photo. Same idea as this: take something small and annoying that people pay too much for, and automate it properly.

Fifteen minutes. Bring your price list.
We'll go through what you charge, when you're unreachable, and what a missed job is actually worth to you. If it doesn't add up for your business, we'll say so.
